The Lavish Brand is an umbrella for Angela Johnson Photography, Lavish Presets, Lavish Business, Lavish Retreats, Glam Studios, and The Glasshouse. Our studio is based in Pasco, Washington. You can reach us at hello.angelajohnson@gmail.com.

• Contact details you provide through booking forms, waitlists, lead magnets, or checkout — name, email, phone, and event details such as wedding date or session type.
• Order & membership information when you purchase presets, sessions, retreats, gift cards, or a Glam Studios membership. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
• Account information if you sign in — email, display name, and any preferences you set.
• Usage information such as pages viewed, links clicked, and downloads of our guides, used to improve the site and measure marketing performance.
• Photographs & likenesses captured during sessions you book. Use of these images is governed by the intake and consent forms you sign separately.

• Deliver services, sessions, digital products, and downloads you request.
• Send booking confirmations, order receipts, and service updates.
• Respond to inquiries and provide client support.
• Send marketing emails and SMS about offers, retreats, and education — only when you opt in, and always with an easy way to unsubscribe.
• Improve our site, offerings, and client experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We share the minimum information needed with trusted providers that help us run the business. These currently include:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscriptions.
• Brevo — email marketing and lead capture.
• Google — calendar availability and workspace email.
• Lovable Cloud — website hosting and application backend.

Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect checkout and account features.

We only send messages to people who have opted in through a form on our site. Text messages use two separate, optional, unchecked consent boxes: one for appointment notifications (booking confirmations, reschedules, and reminders) and one for marketing texts (session openings, offers, and preset launches). Checking either box is never a condition of booking or purchase, and email consent is collected separately. Message frequency is up to 6 messages per booking for appointment texts and up to 4 messages per month for marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of that list, or HELP for help. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share your number only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Each opt-in is stored with the date, time, IP address, device, page URL, and the exact consent wording shown to you.

We keep client and order records for as long as needed to deliver services, honor warranties on prints and albums, and meet tax and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account and marketing data at any time; some records may be retained where required by law.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by emailing hello.angelajohnson@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we will honor those rights where they apply to you.

Our site is intended for adults. We photograph minors only in the context of family, newborn, and event sessions booked and consented to by a parent or guardian.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable processors for payments and hosting. No online service can be perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or by email where appropriate.
