Terms of Service

The Lavish Brand is the umbrella for Angela Johnson Photography, Lavish Presets, Lavish Business, Lavish Retreats, Glam Studios, and The Glasshouse, operating out of Pasco, Washington. Contact: hello.angelajohnson@gmail.com.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or scrape content without permission. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Session, wedding, retreat, and venue bookings are confirmed when a retainer or deposit is paid and the applicable agreement is signed.
• Payment plans (Pay in Full, 50/50, 4-payment, and retreat installment plans) are honored as scheduled. Missed payments may pause access to services or digital delivery.
• Retainers and deposits are non-refundable and secure your date. Balance and cancellation terms are defined in your signed agreement.
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Presets, guides, and other digital downloads are licensed to you for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files. Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final unless a file is defective and we can't provide a working replacement.

Memberships (including the Glam Studios Savings Club and education tiers) renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

Retreat pricing, itinerary, and cancellation windows are detailed in your retreat agreement. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Itineraries may adjust for weather, vendor availability, or safety, and we'll communicate any changes promptly.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), and are valid for the experience or credit indicated at purchase.

Photographs we create remain the copyright of Angela Johnson Photography. You receive a personal-use license to the delivered images as described in your session or wedding agreement. Commercial or brand use requires a separate license. Use of your likeness in our marketing is governed by the consent language in your intake form.

Venue bookings are subject to house rules, capacity limits, damage terms, and the rental agreement you sign at booking. You are responsible for guests and vendors you bring on site.

The site relies on third-party providers (payment, scheduling, hosting, email). Their availability and terms are outside our control; we are not liable for issues originating in third-party systems.

Text messages from The Lavish Brand LLC are opt-in only, through two separate, optional, unchecked boxes on our forms: appointment notifications (booking confirmations, reschedules, and reminders, up to 6 messages per booking) and marketing texts (session openings, offers, and preset launches, up to 4 messages per month). Consent to either is never a condition of booking or purchase and is separate from email consent.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving that type of text, or HELP for help; you may also email hello.angelajohnson@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Washington, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
